Central Barren Ground Spring Arctic Grizzly Bear Hunt

If you have been looking for a fully guided Central Barren Ground Spring Arctic Grizzly Bear hunt then this is the hunt for you.  We offer one of the finest Arctic Grizzly hunting packages in the Northwest Territories of Canada, where past rifle hunters have enjoyed very high success.

This unique spring grizzly hunt takes place out of the community of Paulatuk in the Northwest Territories of Canada.  Your experienced native guides will be with you during your entire hunting trip and they love to meet hunters from all over the world. Your guides will teach you about their native cultures, hunting techniques and their respect & love for their land.

We offer this grizzly hunt to rifle hunters only.  This grizzly hunt normally takes place from April 25th through the end of May. The bear hides are very thick in the spring and the claws are the longest at this time of year. Average bears in our hunting area will square 6-1/2' to 7' with bears from 7-1/2' to 8' or more possible.

If arrangements are made ahead of time and depending on the time of year you may be able to also hunt for wolf, wolverine, ptarmigan and hare during your grizzly hunt.

This outstanding fully guided spring arctic grizzly hunting package includes

  • Heated tent during the hunt
  • Care of your trophy
  • Skinning of your trophy
  • 8-day package with 8 hunting days
  • One guide per hunter
  • Transportation during the hunt

Lodging and meals will be provided for you at the guide's home when you are in Paulatuk.
