Alaska Fair Chase Fully-Guided Fall Black Bear Hunting Adventure

We invite you to join us on an outstanding "Fully Guided Fair Chase Black Bear Hunt". We offer one of the finest black bear hunting adventures available in Alaska, where past hunter success has been exceeding 90%. Over the years many Boone & Crockett record book black bear have been harvested in Alaska.

This exciting remote fly-in fully-guided black bear hunting adventure takes place in South Central or western Alaska. This is an eight day outdoor adventure with six days of hunting weather permitting. The package starts and ends in Anchorage, Alaska or out of a small western Alaska community. This is a spot and stalk black bear hunting trip so one should be in fairly good physical condition. Our black bear hunts take place in late August and early September.

The bear in our hunting areas are normally black in color. The average shooting distance is 100 to 200 yards with some bears taken less than 100 yards away. Black bear in excess of 400 pounds are possible with most bears averaging 200 to 250 pounds.

On this black bear hunt if you purchase the appropriate tags in some cases you may have the opportunity to hunt for: Grizzly bear, caribou, wolf and maybe wolverine and if successful simply pay a trophy fee for the additional animals.

This 2 x 1 fully-guided fall black bear hunting package includes:

  • Remote bush flights for you and your trophies
  • One night of lodging in a small Alaskan town if needed
  • One professional guide for every two hunters
  • Meals supplied and prepared during the hunt
  • Skinning and care of your trophies
  • Tent camp accommodations

The cost for this exciting fair chase 2 x 1 fully-guided black bear hunt is $5,500.00 USD per hunter.

(We only take two bear hunters per hunt)

Trophy Fees in US Funds

  • $1,000.00 for each black bear after the first one (Total limit of three bears)
  • $1,000.00 for a caribou
  • $5,000.00 for a grizzly bear
  • No charge for wolf or wolverine

(Wolverine available after September 1st)

Additional costs

  • Big game hunting license $85.00, each black bear tag runs $225.00, caribou tag $325.00, grizzly tag $500.00, wolf tags free or $30.00 each and wolverine tag $175.00 .
  • Gratuities to your guide and all travel expenses, meals and shipping from your hometown to/from the small western Alaska town and while in any Alaska towns are at your own expense.
