Our black bear and mountain goat hunts are conducted aboard a 50 foot, three bedroom/two bath luxurious yacht.

There is a one bear limit on this trophy hunt.

We normally see 20 to 50 bears on a hunt in the spring and 80 to 100 bears in the fall.

Past opportunities on big male black bears has been 100%. With hides squaring from 6 to 7 feet it's no wonder Prince William Sound has a reputation for producing giant black bears. No where will you see a higher number of bears, a bigger percentage of large male bears, or more perfect hides on bears. Four of the five largest bears taken in unit 6 were taken on this hunt in 2008. The largest bears harvested in unit 6 for 2007 were taken on this hunt as well. Many of the bear we take have large skulls.

Everything you have heard about "The Sound" is true and more! Aside from the abundant marine life it boasts perhaps the highest concentration of trophy black bears on earth.
