Caribou Hunting on the Northern Slope of Alaska in 2010
Trophy Bull Caribou from Northern AlaskaTrophy Bull Caribou from Northern Alaska If you have been looking for a fully-guided trophy bull caribou hunt in Alaska with past excellent success then this is the hunt for you.
Our remote fly-in caribou hunts take place on the northern tip of Alaska on exclusive federal concession land and on state and/or BLM land.
Past hunter success has been near 100%. Our trophy caribou hunts take place each year during the entire month of August. The area we hunt is very unique as you are allowed to harvest two caribou if you wish.
Caribou hunting spike campCaribou hunting spike campOur hunters arrive in Deadhorse on the northern slope of Alaska from Seattle or Anchorage on a 737 commercial airplane and then take a chartered bush plane to a remote base camp. The hunters are then flown to their remote caribou spike camps via a Supercub or Husky aircraft.
Our 2 x 1 fully-guided caribou hunts take place on the open tundra, along rolling hills or in the mountains depending on where the trophy bulls are during your hunt.
We hunt the famous Porcupine and Arctic caribou herds near the calving grounds thus offering excellent hunting with lots of bulls to choose from. Unlike the Mulchatna caribou herd that is currently way down in numbers, the Porcupine and Arctic caribou herds are doing very well.

Many of the bulls taken on our hunts are in full velvet making for a unique trophy mount.
Some bulls will have partial velvet so one can just strip the velvet off for a hard antler mount.
